Grotec has been servicing Melbourne for more than 30 years. In that time the equipment has changed completely — from basic single-speed units to inverter-driven VRF systems with building management integration — but the thing that keeps a trade business alive has not: turning up, diagnosing the real problem, and doing work that does not need redoing.

We operate from 14/110 Indian Drive, Keysborough VIC 3173, and work across metropolitan Melbourne. Our work spans residential split and ducted systems, commercial HVAC design and installation, and commercial refrigeration, along with the planned maintenance programs that keep all of it running.

A large share of our work comes from sectors where failure has consequences beyond discomfort — aged care, medical suites, schools, government facilities and cold storage. That has shaped how we operate: documented service records, scheduling built around the client's operations rather than ours, and honest advice about when a system should be repaired versus replaced.
